Extra virgin olive oil

The Tuscan essence in a bright green oil. 

We produce this olive oil with a deep respect for nature. It is blend of the traditional Tuscan varieties Moraiolo, Leccino, and Frantoio, capturing the true essence of our region.


Production:
We carefully hand-pick our 750 olive trees and immediately cold-press the olives to preserve their freshness and aroma. 


Tasting notes: 
A bright green colour with golden nuances. On the nose, it expresses notes of fresh grass, almond, citrus and white flowers. The palate is slightly spicy, with a clean, fresh, mineral finish.
