Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine then ages in steel tanks for five months.


Tasting Notes:
This wine is a bright straw yellow in colour. It offers aromas of fresh lychee, grapefruit, pear and white flowers on the nose. The palate is fresh and mineral with a persistent finish.
