A rosé sparkling wine with an exceptionally fine and elegant perlage. 

Fresh and vibrant, with lasting aromas of red fruit and delicate floral notes.


Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested by hand. After careful selection, the bunches are gently pressed to extract the free-run must. Alcoholic fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks. Vinification is carried out using the Charmat method.


Tasting Notes:
A fresh and elegant sparkling wine with fine, persistent perlage. It has aromas of raspberry and fresh strawberry.
