The freshness of our Cabernet Sauvignon parcels overlooking the sea. 

A delicate red wine that expresses the harmony and purity of the territory, revealing a balanced structure and a vibrant freshness that makes it immediate, simple and enjoyable to drink.


Winemaking:
The grapes are hand-harvested and the bunches are carefully selected. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 12 months in German oak barriques. 


Tasting Notes:
A bright red wine. It reveals notes of redcurrant, blackberry and sage on the nose. The palate is clean, fresh and mineral.
