Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in temperature‑controlled stainless‑steel tanks. This is followed by 36 months of ageing in French oak tonneaux, then 1 year in stainless steel and an additional year in the bottle before release.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan lang=\"EN-US\"\u003e\u2028\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTasting Notes:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAn intense wine with a deep ruby colour and garnet reflections. On the nose, balsamic notes, ripe black fruit, pepper and hay emerge.
